Returns

All order issues must be reported to us within (30) days of delivery. Unless the product description says otherwise (i.e. items marked as "All Sales Final") you can return any item purchased through Paulo Costa within thirty (30) days of delivery. 
After thirty (30) days of delivery, all items purchased through Paulo Costa are non-refundable and all sales are final. An RMA number must be provided in order for your return and refund to be processed.

Refunds 

Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution. 

Items returned are fully refundable as long as the items are returned in the condition they were delivered in. Depending on the condition that the item is received (i.e. damage to the package, water damage, intentional damage, signs of use, etc.), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! Items returned because of customer preferences/change of mind are returnable, but we do not cover return shipping in those cases. We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  PauloCostaMerch@Gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  PauloCostaMerch@Gmail.com and send your item to:  603 E Alton Ave Suite G, CA  92705, United States

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
- International Shipping -
Packages leaving the US will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination country. Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country's local postal service for final delivery. Keep in mind that international orders can take up 3- 6 weeks to be delivered.

For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. We are not responsible for the payment of this fee.Taxes will vary from country to country, as will tax enforcement.
